Kale Orange Kiwi Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie
I love making smoothies in the morning because it super easy, healthy, and energizing. Every since I started drinking smoothies I notice a boost in energy, I feel more focus and healthier so I don’t get sick as often and most important thing is I notice clearer skin.
Blueberries are antioxidant and antibacterial fruits that are high in vitamin C.
2 cups of kale leaves
1/2 small orange peeled and cut
1 kiwi peeled and cut
1 handful of blueberries
1 tablespoon of hemp seed
1 tablespoon of chia seed
2 cups of water or coconut water
Using a mixer or a blender, place the kale, orange, kiwi, blueberries, hemp and chia seeds together. Mix all the ingredients until smooth.
